Website Project Terms

These terms explain what is included in a website project, how payment and revisions work, and what happens at handoff. The final project scope, price, and schedule should be confirmed in writing before work begins.

1. Project scope and completion

The starting package includes 1–3 static website pages based on the agreed project description. Completion means the agreed pages, content, design elements, and included features have been implemented and a preview is provided for review. Material differences from the agreed specifications will be corrected before final payment is due.

2. Payment schedule

For a $499 project, a $249.50 deposit is due before work begins. The remaining $249.50 is due after the agreed work and included revisions are complete, before final launch and handoff. If the project price differs, its payment schedule will be confirmed in writing.

3. Revisions and additional work

Two rounds of revisions are included. Each round means one consolidated list of requested changes. Reasonable adjustments to text, images, colors, fonts, spacing, and layout are included when they stay within the agreed scope. New pages, new features, substantial redesigns, and further revisions may cost extra. Additional work will be quoted and approved before it begins.

4. Review period and customer materials

Please review the preview and send feedback within five business days. If you need more time or we do not hear back, we may send a reminder and pause the project timeline until you respond. No response alone counts as acceptance. You are responsible for providing accurate text, images, logos, business information, and access needed for the project.

5. Final handoff and ongoing costs

After final payment, you receive the agreed website files and basic handoff instructions. You manage your own domain, hosting, accounts, renewals, and third-party services and fees unless otherwise agreed in writing. Future edits, troubleshooting, and maintenance are separate services.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, deposit refunds, and any remaining payment obligations will be handled according to the written project agreement and applicable law. The project scope, timing, payment schedule, and any special conditions should be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Important: This page is a summary of standard project terms. The written agreement for each customer should confirm the final scope, timeline, payment schedule, and any project-specific conditions.

To formally begin the project process, enter your contact information and confirm that you agree to these terms. This records your acknowledgment through our inquiry form provider. The project scope, final price, and schedule will still be confirmed in writing before work begins.

This agreement form is separate from the general inquiry form. Submitting it does not collect payment or replace a project-specific written agreement.
